“CONSERVATIVE” CRITICS SAY

In October 2014 I started recording below some of the comments I received in response to comments I posted on conservative
and Christian
website articles. These are listed with only minor (mostly spacing) edits.
I make no attempt to classify each critic as a consistent conservative or a liberal lurker.
I posted:
I am a retired teacher and unequivocally proclaim that there is no hope for
America as long as Christians and conservatives allow our children to be
indoctrinated in the pagan (a.k.a. “public”) schools. See specifics at http://www.insectman.us/exodus... I am not raising funds. My goal is to rescue children.
A critic responded:
I went to the site you posted......How sad that a group of people such as your self would preach under the guise that public schools, "pagan" schools indoctrinate our children. I went to public schools and gained an excellent education and was never molested by a teacher or a coach or any one in the system. Home schooling children are at risk of incest. Or do you really think incest does not exist, home schooled children are not taught the truth of science. As a Christian i learned in public school the truth about the age of the planet and other issues that are not included in the Bible, however, public schooling did not weaken my faith and I choose to continue believing in the gospel. insectman you are a radical who is proclaiming that home schooling is "safe" for children, when in fact it is depriving them of a good education and makes them misfits in society. As a parent I would not trust you around my children. You are another JIM JONES.

5. Insults are used when you have no facts.

On a different article a critic posted:
The only thing you are trying to rescue, insectman, is your own wallet. I looked at your site. Clearly you are hiding behind christianity to support your strange ideas and your bank account. The thing i find funniest about christianity crazies is that even tho chrisitianity is the most popular religion, they will stop at nothing to constantly recruit and judge others for thier religion and intellectual choices. Instead of spending so much time condemning others, why don't you find a way to make life better for you and your christian friends that doesn't impact others lives. Leave everyone alone with your ridiculous propoganda and ridiculous ideals. its overdone and annoying. At the end of the day and you go to whatever judgement location you believe in, your actions and the way you present yourself will not earn you a place closer to a superior being. Jesus said love your neighbor as thyself. good job insectman, you are doing a really good job of that one.
Hmmm. Believing in not promoting a liberal welfare attitude, I do ask for a minimum donation when I speak, but have never turned away a local group. So far, I am in the red.

“Is it tough to go door-door to warn your neighbors that you're a registered sex-offender? I wouldn't let you near my kids.”
I replied with a response I often use: “Without facts all you can do is insult.”

When I first posted this article, I was not familiar with the term “troll” as it is used in the Internet realm. “ One who posts a deliberately provocative message to a newsgroup or message board with the intention of causing maximum disruption and argument.” (https://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=troll) I add to that definition: These people are fanatical about their worldview and filled with hatred toward anyone who disagrees.
